We have visited this place with two family with 2 kids, the service is spot on, 24/7 villa security with house keeping service, house keeping service available through out the day, they were available upon single request. Local phone were provided by villa manager call PUTRA he was very helpful guy, NILESH is owner of the Villa owner again nice block, If you wanna go out I would highly recommended to get his advice and use the service from his recommendation for E.g car service, water activities and many more.. we have been taken to wrong spot for scuba diving by one of the outside car driver which was nearly twice a time higher than the putra has recommded plus it wasn’t clear blue water to watch the sea life under water.in the end we decided to go with his advice and we have saved a lot. In the end, day of check out we had flight at night 11.00 ans chcek our time was 11.00am, NILESH has let us use the villa till late night for free as we had little one with us he will treat you as a family.

Over all, the best place to stay and honest people to deal with, they will made you feel family.

We loved our stay at Villa Seriska! The service could not have been friendlier or more responsive, the chef Wayan made us a wide variety of delicious foods, and we even had massages and mani-pedis. The facilities had so many “wow” design details, from the pool and koi pond to the indoor/outdoor bathrooms. Thanks for a great stay, guys! We hope to be back some day!
